With over 20 years of experience, Elaine Bell has dedicated her career to making clients look and feel their best. She started Hair Is My Business in 2005 as a homebound service and later expanded into a full-service salon, specializing in color, cuts, and styling.

Trained locally and internationally with industry icons like Vidal Sassoon, Paul Mitchell, and Dudley’s, Elaine brings world-class expertise to every client. She believes in continuous learning, exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming space for all hair types.

Beyond the salon, she supports Locks of Love and offers consultations for women experiencing hair loss. Her mission? To transform hair with artistry, skill, and care.
