The Boys' and Girls' Club of Saint Lucie County enables all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
With seventeen locations throughout the county, the Boys & Girls Clubs programs serve a diverse group of kids ages 5-18. The over 2,000 kids come from a variety of backgrounds, and when they come to the Clubs they enter a safe place that is FUN, with positive adult supervision from trained professional staff. Each day kids receive positive recognition and reinforcement while staff sets high expectations for every Club member. Families and communities need positive alternatives for young people: after school care, leadership development opportunities, tutoring, and teen activities . . .

- The Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County has over 2000 members and serves just over 4000 kids a year.
- The Club members are racially diverse; 37% African American, 35% Caucasian, 15% Hispanic, 9% Multi-Racial, and 4% Other.
- This year, the Clubs, working with teens from the most disadvantaged neighborhoods, had 95% of their seniors graduate from high school. 87% of those members that graduated from high school have gone on to college or the military; in most cases they are the first in their families to seek higher education.
